Financial Reporting Analyst

About This Role

This Financial Reporting Analyst position supports a global investment management firm, focusing on producing accurate AUM reports and contributing to data integrity for key business decisions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and helping to improve data processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly AUM and related reports for internal stakeholders
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of consolidated reporting data
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other teams to improve data processes
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and provide historical data for reporting needs
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and special projects
• Help test system updates and recommend improvements to reporting processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience in asset management or investment industry
• Tableau experience
• OneStream experience
