This Financial Reporting Analyst position supports a global investment management firm, focusing on producing accurate AUM reports and contributing to data integrity for key business decisions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and helping to improve data processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly AUM and related reports for internal stakeholders
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of consolidated reporting data
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other teams to improve data processes
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests and provide historical data for reporting needs
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and special projects
- Help test system updates and recommend improvements to reporting processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience in asset management or investment industry
- Tableau experience
- OneStream experience
