This Financial Advisor role involves helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals through personalized planning, portfolio management, and strategic investment advice. The advisor will build trusted relationships, generate new business opportunities, and leverage financial tools to strengthen client engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through proactive communication and personalized financial guidance
- Create and present customized financial plans aligned with clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
- Review and adjust client portfolios regularly to ensure performance aligns with client needs and market conditions
- Provide expert advice on asset allocation, retirement, and estate planning to optimize long-term wealth growth
- Drive new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of financial advisory and sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and regulatory standards
- Motivated, goal-oriented with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of financial advisory and sales experience with proven success in client relationships and business development
Nice to Have
- CFP certification
- ChFC certification
- Salesforce experience
