Finance Manager

About This Role

As a Finance Manager, you will deliver a fast, compliant, and customer-friendly F&I experience at Leif Johnson Ford of Manor. You will structure deals, present protection options, and work with sales managers and lenders to ensure quick funding.

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize retail/lease deals; submit to lenders and secure approvals
• Present and enroll customers in F&I products in a clear, pressure-controlled way
• Ensure deal accuracy, complete paperwork, and funding readiness
• Maintain compliance standards (privacy, documentation, menu, disclosures)
• Work with sales leadership to improve approvals, funding speed, and customer experience
• Track performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, chargebacks, funding time)

Requirements

• 2+ years automotive F&I experience (or high-performing Sales Manager with strong desk + compliance experience)
• Proven ability to get deals approved and funded with minimal rehash
• Strong understanding of lender programs, credit tiers, and stipulations
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background/drug screening

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive F&I experience preferred
