About This Role

As a Fifth Avenue Club Assistant, you will be client-focused, taking initiative to resolve problems and ensuring client relationships are maintained when the consultant is unavailable. You will utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily tasks and act as a liaison.

Responsibilities

• Continue client relationships and address all client needs when consultant is not available
• Act as a liaison between client and consultant
• Utilize good time management and prioritize daily tasks
• Be computer literate and systems savvy

Requirements

• Retail experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule that can include nights and weekends
• Ability to portray a professional and polished demeanor demonstrating confidence and a positive attitude
• Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people
• Client focused
• Proactive in problem resolution
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
