Field Supervisor

About This Role

The Field Supervisor will oversee InSite foremen and technicians at a customer site, ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements and compliance with company policies. This role involves managing site operations, scheduling resources, and maintaining positive customer relations by delivering quality industrial cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following all policies and processes.
• Develop work plans and schedule required resources for efficient project completion.
• Understand manpower and equipment requirements for Field Service and emergency response projects.
• Communicate with the Site Lead to ensure contractual obligations, project status, and change orders are met.
• Train and mentor InSite foremen and technicians.
• Complete all applicable paperwork for job activity, including worksheets, vehicle inspections, and health and safety inspections.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Leak Detection and Repair Experience
• 1+ year of Industrial Supervisory experience
• Ability to wear protective clothing (Nomex coveralls, back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing mask & escape pack, hard hat)
• Ability to work under extreme climate conditions (high heat index 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity, subzero weather)
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemical & environmental fumes, exhaust & highly pressurized fluids
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• TWIC
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes
• Knowledge of manifesting & Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR)
• Confined space entry training
• 40 Hour OSHA Training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree or Specialized Training preferred
• 3-5 years of Leak Detection and Repair Experience and 1+ year(s) of Industrial Supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations
• Strong mechanical ability
