Field Service Technician

About This Role

Support an annual laptop and desktop refresh project by providing on-site technical assistance and hardware deployments. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of end-user devices in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Provide on-site technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work
• Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
• Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field services or technical support role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
