Support an annual laptop and desktop refresh project by providing on-site technical assistance and hardware deployments. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of end-user devices in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work
- Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection
Requirements
- Proven experience in a field services or technical support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a field services or technical support role
