Field Service Technician

About This Role

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing equipment at client facilities as a Field Service Technician. This role ensures customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and qualify semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, repairs, and calibrations
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customer personnel
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job-related documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to coordinate service schedules

Requirements

• 2+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• 2+ years of field service or equipment maintenance experience
