Field Service Technician

About This Role

Manage the end-to-end service cycle for clients, including installation, preventative maintenance, and complex repair of automated equipment. Act as a primary problem-solver and ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level repair and preventative maintenance on specialized automated equipment
• Lead and complete full machinery installations at customer facilities, ensuring all systems are calibrated to spec
• Accurately complete and submit detailed field reports, capturing all labor hours, parts used, and work performed
• Strictly adhere to all company and client safety protocols and participate in ongoing technical training
• Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams, providing clear updates on machine status and service timelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid foundational knowledge of electronics and electrical systems
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada
• Valid US Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining industrial machinery
