Field Service Technician

About This Role

This hands-on role involves working in hospitals to manage medical waste services, including container exchanges, inspections, and maintaining inventory. It requires physical fitness, strong attention to detail, and independent work within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including procedural spaces
• Lift containers (up to 50 lbs) and push/pull carts (up to 300 lbs)
• Maintain inventory of containers and ensure all areas are stocked and organized
• Use a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks and communicate with the team
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Comfortable with active, on-the-go work
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail for paperwork and procedures
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role
