About This Role

Supervise Field Service Foreman and paraprofessionals, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety requirements and successful completion of job requirements within budget and schedule for lead and asbestos projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date confined space supervisor and emergency response supervisor certifications
  • Direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments
  • Develop work plans and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources
  • Communicate with Field Service Specialist to ensure contractual obligations are met and manage change orders
  • Ensure Health and Safety on assigned projects and communicate with the Health and Safety organization
  • Train and mentor Field Service Foreman and Technicians
  • Assist in scoping and quoting projects/jobs or contracts
  • Act as on-call Field Service Coordinator as needed
  • Report work-related accidents/incidents to supervisor

Requirements

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month
  • Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations
  • Ability to interface with clients and management
  • Ability to manage project related vendors
  • Ability to manage, reconcile, and review all job-related documentation
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for periods of time
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, or confined space entry

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, confined space entry
  • Supervising/working in confined spaces
