About This Role

Serve as a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative, building relationships with prospective and existing customers for home renovation services. The role offers uncapped commissions and pre-qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Learn primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
