About This Role

The Field Sales Manager will lead and develop the Account Executive team, shaping the field sales strategy across Sephora North America. This role involves creating systems, processes, and relationships to bring the field program to life, taking ownership of field sales operations, team development, business analysis, and regional leadership relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop Account Executives to drive consistent growth, elevated execution, and sales performance.
  • Lead the rollout and in-store execution of educational tools and national event strategy.
  • Create and implement coaching frameworks, development plans, and ongoing training programs.
  • Own the national field sales strategy and create clear plans that drive growth and increase productivity.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for Sephora Regional Directors, District Managers, Regional Event Managers, FSC partners, and store leadership teams.
  • Oversee national field budgets, including labor, travel, events, education, and gratis.
  • Act as a key conduit between field teams and headquarters, delivering business recaps and strategic recommendations.
  • Design territory structures, store prioritization models, and coverage models to maximize impact.
  • Lead quarterly and seasonal planning with a focus on launches, promotional moments, and overall market growth.
  • Ensure strong inventory execution and operational readiness in priority stores.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in field sales, retail leadership, education, or regional management within prestige beauty.
  • Strong track record of leading field teams to exceed sales and event goals.
  • Experience creating and executing regional strategy across multiple markets or territories.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and planning labor.
  • Ability to lead trainings, events, and education programs at scale.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years in field sales, retail leadership, education, or regional management within prestige beauty.
