Field Provider Manager

About This Role

This role manages relationships with third-party service providers to ensure quality, service, and expense goals are met for installation processes, supporting Lowe's national category strategy. The manager will oversee service quality, resolve customer issues, and act as a primary point of contact for service provider capacity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage local third-party service provider relationships to support quality, service, and expense goals
• Partner with the PROvider Experience Group on sourcing, onboarding, and engagement to retain service providers
• Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction and B2B meetings
• Ensure third-party service providers are knowledgeable of all relevant Lowe’s applications (e.g., IMS, SPM)
• Oversee service quality through regular interaction, jobsite inspections, and reviewing customer satisfaction and capacity metrics
• Work cross-functionally with Store based PRO Services Field Managers to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on store execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for IST related to capacity and Service PROviders
• Offer expertise and support in service provider network and competitive insights to local SSC for new programs
• Obtain and hold licenses on Lowe’s behalf as required

Requirements

• 3 years related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry)
• Experience in product Installation and financial acumen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience
• 3 years related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry)

Nice to Have

• 3 years demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers
• Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g. General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
