About This Role

This role manages relationships with local Independent Service Providers (ISPs) across multiple markets, ensuring quality service and capacity to support Installed Services Offering. It involves conducting B2B meetings, reviewing performance metrics, and developing improvement plans, while also partnering with centralized groups for sourcing and onboarding new providers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage local third-party service provider relationships to support quality, service, and expense goals
  • Partner with the PROvider Experience Group for sourcing, onboarding/upskilling, and engagement of service providers
  • Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction and B2B meetings
  • Ensure third-party service providers are knowledgeable of all relevant Lowe’s applications (e.g., IMS, SPM)
  • Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections and customer satisfaction reviews
  • Work cross-functionally with Store based PRO Services Field Managers to resolve customer issues
  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact for IST related to capacity and Service PROviders
  • Offer expertise and support to local SSC for new programs and/or initiatives based on competitive insights
  • Obtain and hold licenses on Lowe’s behalf as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in product installation and financial acumen within the installation service or home improvement industry

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Business or Related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 3 years related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry) in product Installation and financial acumen

Nice to Have

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
  • Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g.General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
