An energetic F&B Attendant to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced buffet or cafeteria-style environments, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve food to guests from buffet stations, ensuring accurate portion sizes and replenishing as needed
- Regularly check and restock buffet items, maintaining freshness throughout events
- Offer guidance to guests navigating food stations for a smooth experience
- Monitor inventory of food and beverage supplies, alerting management for restocking
- Keep dining areas tidy by clearing plates, refilling drinks, and adjusting seating
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as wiping stations, sweeping, and trash removal
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Address special requests or dietary needs with attention to detail
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring areas are prepared and cleaned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, banquet/catering server, or restaurant event staff
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience serving guests during events
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible, trustworthy, and team player qualities
- Physical ability and stamina to stand for long periods and carry/lift heavy items
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, banquet/catering server, or restaurant event staff.
