Join an Award Winning Law Firm specializing in Family Law litigation and high net worth clients. This role involves representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration, as well as conducting legal research.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
Requirements
- 4+ years of family law experience
- Previous litigation experience
- Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
