About This Role

Manage a full and active caseload of family law matters from consultation through resolution. Deliver aggressive, strategic, and compassionate representation in divorce, child custody, and related family law cases across North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage family law cases from initial consultation through resolution and post-judgment matters
• Maintain a full, active caseload while delivering exceptional results
• Take complete ownership of cases
• Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines
• Achieve superior outcomes through skilled negotiation, litigation, and strategy
• Proactively communicate to keep clients informed, satisfied, and confident
• Diligently monitor client accounts to support firm collectability goals

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active North Carolina Bar license
• Membership in relevant state and local bar associations
• Proven family law experience with thorough command of North Carolina family law principles
