Facility Maintenance Technician

About This Role

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility's water treatment plant, repairing equipment, managing waste disposal, and overseeing vendor repairs to ensure smooth operations for inspection services of downhole tubular goods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Facility Water Treatment Plant
• Repair Air Hoses and Reels
• Change out Torque machine cylinders and replace hoses
• Take care of Waste Disposal
• Schedule and oversee forklift repairs and torque machine repairs with vendors
• Help with moving and resecuring Shop Equipment as needed
• Maintain all equipment including flow loop engines, torque machines, and hydro vises
• Help keep Yard Areas Clean
• Assist with any special projects
• Submit Purchase Orders for work performed
• Keep up with maintenance room and shop supplies
• Complete all required Baker Hughes Learning Modules Annually
• Write work permits for vendors performing work
• Be available when needed on weekends, holidays, and for emergencies
