Facilities Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of facility and asset management for a portfolio of properties, ensuring operational efficiency, maintenance standards, and fiscal management. Drive strategic decision-making and oversee third-party service providers while aligning with sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all property operations, performance, and service delivery
• Lead third-party service providers to ensure effective and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop an annual capital improvement budget to maintain property value and appearance
• Develop and manage an annual operating expense budget for each property
• Update all RES database systems in a timely manner
• Develop short- and long-term strategies to minimize deferred maintenance
• Develop, implement, and manage quality programs supporting sustainability and continuous improvement
• Manage and execute assigned capital improvement projects within a portfolio of properties
• Manage established company benchmarks, including cost/square foot, customer satisfaction, and utility consumption
• Manage Line of Business relationships to understand and provide solutions for business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate/Facilities Management
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), maintenance protocols, and facility management software
• Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and service agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate/Facilities Management

• Financial services and/or retail organization experience
• Master's Degree
