About This Role

Lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support at-risk youth in staying at home, in school, and out of trouble. Coordinate team activities and provide direct support using a strengths-based approach to meet the unique needs of youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT)
  • Coordinate team activities to achieve goals for youth
  • Provide direct support and education to families and team members
  • Guide families in accomplishing objectives outlined in the Family Plan
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database
  • Embody the Wraparound philosophy of "Whatever it takes" to meet unique needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
  • Meet NC Qualified Professional requirements
  • Experience with the population served
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
