This executive leadership role involves managing a team of commercial real estate appraisers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring superior client outcomes on complex valuation and consulting projects. The Executive Director will be responsible for originating a significant portion of team volume and representing the JLL brand as a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Manage team members, workflow optimization, and deliver superior client outcomes
- Complete entire reports cover to cover to a client-ready standard, leveraging VAST members for support
- Inspect properties for tier 1 clients to benefit business growth and coach analysts during inspections
- Originate 30% of team volume and manage account receivables on personally originated work
- Regularly attend leadership loops to ensure team members receive messaging and represent JLL at industry events
- Recruit and manage five or more individuals, coaching analysts through associate directors
- Provide counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, financial reporting, dispute resolutions, and equity offerings
- Drive local presence and business development
Requirements
- State certified general appraiser license with minimum 5 years of holding CG license
- Successfully mastered all Senior Director skillset requirements
- Full competency in project management and/or account management skills
- Ability to sign reports and manage team workflow effectively
- Experience recruiting and managing five or more team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of holding a State Certified General Appraiser license

- Participation in JLLU for career alignment, skillset, people management, and business development
- Master Argus competency for national institutional team members
- Completion of comprehensive exam and demonstration report within 18 months of elevation; submission of AI application
- Presentation at local AI/IRWA/ULI events or publication of trade magazine articles
- Experience managing analysts and senior analysts in achieving educational, licensing, and production goals
