Senior Director, Producer, Investment Sales

About This Role

This role involves direct marketing and sales of commercial properties as a Capital Markets Advisor, focusing on originating, negotiating, and closing real estate assignments and equity joint ventures. The Senior Director will develop long-term relationships with industry professionals and lead client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Originate, direct marketing, negotiate, and close real estate assignments and equity joint ventures for all commercial property types
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional owners, investors, and service providers
• Lead client presentations and pitches to secure new business opportunities while analyzing market trends
• Provide training and feedback to Real Estate Analysts and may supervise Production Coordinators
• Conduct risk assessment, coordinate due diligence efforts, and develop tailored marketing strategies for each assignment
• Contribute to internal databases by submitting client memos, deal data, and market intelligence from meetings and calls

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with top executives
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to team environment
• Proven track record of successfully closed transactions
• Established network of industry relationships and strong business development capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with preferred major in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate

Nice to Have

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Industry designations (CCIM, SIOR, etc.) beneficial
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with willingness to learn additional software
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property databases
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
