Serve as the community leader for a senior living facility, overseeing financial, human resource, and operations management. Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the community leader responsible for financial, human resource, and operations management of the community
- Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care
- Supervise and assist in provision of all Resident services, including coordination with independently contracted ancillary health care providers
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining Community Team Members
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans with the Director of Sales and Sales team to accomplish occupancy targets
- Coordinate maintenance standards of the Community, Resident units, common areas, and adjacent grounds with the Maintenance Director
- Manage, coordinate, and direct all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures
- Operate with provided resources, assuring income and expenses are controlled using annual budget projections
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Meet state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. College credits or degree preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required. Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred.

- RHA (Residential Care Administrator) license
- LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license
- HFA (Health Facilities Administrator) license
- Experience in managing a program or community in senior living
