About This Role

Serve as the community leader for a senior living facility, overseeing financial, human resource, and operations management. Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care and services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the community leader responsible for financial, human resource, and operations management of the community
  • Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care
  • Supervise and assist in provision of all Resident services, including coordination with independently contracted ancillary health care providers
  • Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining Community Team Members
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans with the Director of Sales and Sales team to accomplish occupancy targets
  • Coordinate maintenance standards of the Community, Resident units, common areas, and adjacent grounds with the Maintenance Director
  • Manage, coordinate, and direct all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures
  • Operate with provided resources, assuring income and expenses are controlled using annual budget projections

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Meet state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. College credits or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required. Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred.

  • RHA (Residential Care Administrator) license
  • LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license
  • HFA (Health Facilities Administrator) license
  • Experience in managing a program or community in senior living
