About This Role

Join Allied Universal Event Services as Event Staff, assisting in event day preparation and execution, managing crowd entry, and providing excellent guest service in a dynamic event environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, collecting and/or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, directing traffic
• Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events
• Initiate a genuine, friendly and personal greeting to guests upon arrival and a sincere thank you upon departure
• Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience
• Interact with guests using a smile and a natural, friendly speaking voice

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
• Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• No experience needed
