About This Role

This full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing various events at a premier sports venue in Pittsburgh, PA, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage events
  • Coordinate with clients
  • Ensure smooth event execution from start to finish
  • Manage event logistics
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Support sales efforts to secure bookings
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
