About This Role

This Event Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of high-impact travel incentive programs and corporate meetings. This position works closely with internal and external teams to manage logistics, timelines, and deliver exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate meetings and incentive travel programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics
  • Support onsite execution when needed
  • Track and manage timelines, data, and key event deliverables
  • Communicate with professionalism and clarity across teams
  • Think creatively to solve challenges and customize event solutions
  • Help maintain a high standard of client service and experience
  • Manage event registrations and customer service engagement via Swoogo platform

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-focused
  • Natural communicator who works well in a team
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • A college degree is required.
  • Internship/Work experience in events/meeting industry preferred.

  • Internship/Work experience in events/meeting industry
  • Experience with event management software
