This Event Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of high-impact travel incentive programs and corporate meetings. This position works closely with internal and external teams to manage logistics, timelines, and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing corporate meetings and incentive travel programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics
- Support onsite execution when needed
- Track and manage timelines, data, and key event deliverables
- Communicate with professionalism and clarity across teams
- Think creatively to solve challenges and customize event solutions
- Help maintain a high standard of client service and experience
- Manage event registrations and customer service engagement via Swoogo platform
Requirements
- College degree
- Exceptionally organized and detail-focused
- Natural communicator who works well in a team
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- A college degree is required.
- Internship/Work experience in events/meeting industry preferred.
