About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and directing visitors to the appropriate departments at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth customer flow within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual
• Take thorough messages when needed
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
• Direct customers to the correct department
• Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Introduce customers to the salesperson
• Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
