About This Role

Retrieve eCommerce online orders and transport them to customers, ensuring order accuracy and providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on efficiently handling products and maintaining store cleanliness to support H-E-B's omnichannel retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and review customer orders using a digital tool
• Communicate order changes/adjustments to customers
• Adjust orders based on customer requests
• Audit orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
• Package, transport, and load groceries/merchandise to customer's vehicle
• Minimize shrink through careful product handling
• Achieve productivity standards
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside eStore
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return product to shelf
• Transfer products from slot to slot to free up carts
• Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore
• Maintain standards for safety and sanitation

Requirements

• Minimum age 16
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in varying conditions (hot, wet, cold)
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and manage in excess of 55 lbs
