About This Role

As an eStore Curbie, you will be responsible for retrieving eCommerce online orders and transporting them to customers, focusing on customer service, order accuracy, and efficient handling of products.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and review customer orders using a digital tool
• Communicate order changes or adjustments to customers
• Make necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests
• Audit orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
• Package, transport, and load groceries/merchandise from holding areas to customer's vehicle
• Minimize shrink through careful handling of product
• Achieve productivity standards
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside eStore
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return product to shelf
• Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore

Requirements

• Minimum age 16
• Completion of all required training upon hire
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
