This role involves preparing accurate concrete estimates for commercial and industrial projects, performing quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid analysis. The Estimator will also review drawings and specifications, working closely with operations and leadership during bid reviews.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate concrete estimates for commercial and industrial projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid analysis
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
- Work closely with operations and leadership during bid reviews
- Support multiple projects at various stages of preconstruction
Requirements
- Experience estimating self-perform or subcontracted concrete work
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, methods, and sequencing
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar tools
