The HydroBlaster/Field Technician operates and assists with water treatment systems and pipeline hydrostatic testing for HPC-Industrial at various customer locations. This role ensures safety compliance and maintains a positive client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Ensures Health and Safety by following policies and processes
- Operates manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment
- Operates special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps
- Energizes pumping equipment and specialized Hydroblasting and chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment
- Examines cleaned surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations
- Conducts routine and required maintenance on units, peripherals, industrial vacuuming equipment, and disposes of hazardous/non-hazardous materials
- Performs routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Language proficiency in English
- Valid driver license
- Knowledge in the operation of emergency equipment
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs.
