Entry Level Materials Management Analyst

About This Role

The Entry Level Materials Management Analyst will support the efficient flow of materials and information within the organization by assisting with coordinating on-time deliveries, analyzing inventory, and updating information systems. This role operates in an onsite manufacturing environment, requiring flexibility for variable shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating on-time delivery of simple parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures
• Support collection and analysis of information from multiple sources to validate delivery schedules, inventory levels, and requirements
• Post updates to information systems that distribute materials management data to required stakeholders
• Help coordinate materials-related information flow across internal teams
• Assist in reviewing information to identify and escalate potential issues
• Work onsite full-time
• Be willing and able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd), as well as weekends and overtime

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with inventory management or supply chain processes and techniques
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs frequently within an 8-hour shift
• Regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with equivalent experience

• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action
• Experience with GOLD and I-GOLD systems
• Experience with NCM (Non-Conformance Management) systems
