About This Role

The Enterprise Account Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and executing long-term growth strategies within a dedicated portfolio of high-potential existing AEC clients. This role focuses on expanding Chaos’s footprint and recurring revenue by identifying unmet needs and increasing solution penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a select portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize ARR through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and solution adoption.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts globally.
  • Create and present compelling ROI and business value analyses to justify significant new investments in the Chaos ecosystem.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of complex, multi-year expansion deals globally, navigating diverse procurement and legal processes.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow transformation within client organizations, positioning Chaos as integral to their processes.
  • Mentor junior account managers on best practices for high-potential account development.
  • Develop and manage a robust, long-term sales pipeline for the assigned portfolio, providing accurate and reliable forecasting.
  • Maintain expertise on global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development roles within the AEC sector
  • Proven and consistent track record of significantly exceeding expansion and net-new revenue targets
  • Deep familiarity with complex AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies (e.g., BIM, real-time rendering), and SaaS licensing models
  • Expertise in complex contract negotiation and developing executive-level business cases demonstrating TCO and ROI for AEC clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and global stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development roles within the AEC sector.
