Engineering Technician

About This Role

Perform hands-on tasks in a liquid lab, including testing methods, developing new technologies, and calibrating equipment, for a manufacturing client in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of methods in a liquid lab
• Develop new technologies and products
• Calibrate equipment
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks
• Utilize hand tools
• Troubleshoot during testing
• Adapt to changing priorities and take direction

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Previous technician experience or related field
• Working knowledge of test equipment and test standards
• Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office, Excel)
• Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude
• Ability to determine good versus bad data and troubleshoot during testing

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience as a technician or in a related field

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to collaborate easily with others
