Engineering Project Coordinator III

About This Role

Support hardware development initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring hardware is delivered on schedule to enable product development milestones. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong cross-functional communication, and precise management of logistics, procurement, and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs
• Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
• Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
• Experience working with domestic and international vendors
• Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
