As an Emergency Communications Officer, you will manage and mitigate emergency situations within the ECC, acting as part of the national command center for all emergency communications. This role requires swift and effective response to prevent safety concerns and operational disruptions, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense in the Emergency Communication Center (ECC)
- Manage and mitigate emergency situations impacting employee, customer, and asset safety and security
- Act as part of the national command center for all emergency communications
- Respond swiftly and effectively to prevent safety concerns and operational disruptions
- Stay vigilant and make quick decisions while performing under pressure with professionalism and composure
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of three years of security supervisory, security console operator related experience, or Military/Law Enforcement experience

Nice to Have
- Understanding of all physical security systems (Access Control, CCTV, and Incident Reporting Programs), and global notification protocols
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
- Ability to effectively multi-task, moving back, and forth between multiple incidents
- Maintain professional demeanor and productivity during stressful work situations
