Email Marketing / Campaign Specialist

About This Role

Drive successful email marketing programs for brands with a broad online presence, utilizing Salesforce Exact Target for campaigns and journeys. Analyze email marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience driving successful email marketing programs for brands with a broad online presence
• Experience with Digital Marketing platform Salesforce Exact Target (SFMC)
• Thorough understanding of email best practices (Targeting/Segmentation, Personalization, Triggered Automation, Orchestrated Journeys, Multivariate Testing & Optimization)
• Strong analytical skills on email marketing metrics & KPIs
• Ability to make recommendations/adjustments to Campaigns/Journeys based on insights
• Polished verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Extremely proactive, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
• Maturity and professionalism
• Great team player

Qualifications

• BA/BS required
• At least 3-5 years of applicable work experience of driving successful email marketing programs
