About This Role

Lead fun and educational sports activities for children while ensuring their safety. This role is ideal for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

Responsibilities

Lead children in fun and educational activities
Ensure safety for all participants
Utilize individual attention to ensure every child has success
Implement a non-competitive approach for a fun and stress-free environment
Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
Be open-minded and welcome feedback to continuously improve coaching skills
Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

Energetic and fun-loving personality
Prior experience working with children
Enjoy working with children

Qualifications

Prior experience working with children (as a sports instructor, nanny, performer, teacher, camper, etc.)

Nice to Have

Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development
