Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Employ a non-competitive approach to create a fun, stress-free environment
• Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Continuously learn and improve coaching skills through regular training and coaching manual adherence

Requirements

• Enjoys working with kids
• Reliable transportation
• Personal interest in health and fitness
• Punctual
• High energy
• Some soccer skills required for children age groups 6-12 years (not required for 2-5 years)

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and enjoys working with children.
