Lead fun and educational soccer activities for children while ensuring their safety and instilling healthy habits. This role focuses on a non-competitive approach to teach life skills and encourage positive development in young athletes.
Responsibilities
- Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities
- Ensure the safety of all participants
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
- Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children
- Enjoys working with kids
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual
- High energy
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
Nice to Have
- Personal interest in health and fitness
- Some soccer skills (for child age groups 6-12)
