Early Childhood Soccer Coach

About This Role

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Coach to lead classes for children aged 1-5 in Maple Valley, WA. The coach will facilitate fun and educational activities, ensure safety, and foster a positive learning environment through a non-competitive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational soccer classes for children aged 1-5
• Ensure the safety of all children during activities
• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Utilize a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free class environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their successes
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny)

Nice to Have

• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development
