Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents
• Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services
• Help team members grow their careers
• Examine residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings
• Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Dedication to serving residents
• Team player orientation
