District Manager

About This Role

Oversee the operations of multiple ALDI stores as a District Manager, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and collaborating with store management to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves significant leadership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, establish, and implement appropriate store staffing levels
• Develop and implement action plans with direct reports to improve operating results
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans
• Plan and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with direct reports
• Assure the training, development, and performance of their team's staff
• Recruit and recommend qualified employees for staff positions
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
• Review and analyze competitive pricing within the district and inform leadership
• Provide product feedback to leadership, including recommendations for new items
• Oversee and manage stores' compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group
• Ability to facilitate group involvement when conducting meetings
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of human resource management
