Dishwasher - Seasonal

About This Role

This role involves washing dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans using both machine and manual methods, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks of dish machine
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other large cooking containers by hand
• Sort and stack clean dishes and deliver them to appropriate areas
• Fill and empty sinks with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Perform other general restaurant cleaning duties as directed
• Wipe up spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry

• Able to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Must be able to read labels on chemicals and follow product directives
• Able to identify and perform other tasks during non-busy times
• Must understand and follow workplace safety standards

• Work Standards: Maintain high standards in the quality & consistency of work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, lift, kneel, reach & push repetitively
• Tolerance of using strong and pungent cleaning products
• Applicants must be at least age 16
