About This Role

Ensure all plateware, glassware, and silverware are properly cleaned and sanitized for guests. Work as part of a team to keep items stocked and maintain cleanliness of the back of house areas including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all plateware, glassware and silverware are properly clean and sanitized
• Stock clean items throughout the shift
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove trash
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly

Requirements

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Qualifications

• 3 months work experience preferred
