Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of kitchen areas by washing dishes, pots, and pans, managing trash, and adhering to safety protocols.

Utilize and maintain dish machine according to established guidelines
Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack
Wash pots and pans in the pot washer's area
Ensure all cleaning is performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean, including sweeping broken glass/dishes and mopping spills
Empty and sanitize trash cans, replacing trash bags after each cleaning
Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and Safety guidelines
Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed
