The Dishwasher will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment within food service areas at a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Operate dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Maintain clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
- Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year previous experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
