About This Role

Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, primarily focusing on dish and pot washing, while maintaining sanitary standards. Handle food storage and cleaning in compliance with all regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing and pot washing duties
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Ensure all activities adhere to sanitary procedures and standards
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures for food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality and/or casual dining
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
