About This Role

This role is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing, pot washing, and equipment cleaning. It also involves storage and rotation of food and supplies, as well as janitorial duties in dining service areas, all while adhering to sanitary and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning
  • Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
  • Execute janitorial duties in dining services areas including Dining Room, Bistro, and other associated areas
  • Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
