About This Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware and facilities within The Inn on Biltmore. It requires maintaining a clean working environment and supporting the leadership, department, and company as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and properly store all pots, pans, and other utensils
• Clean sink and pots area after every shift
• Wash and store all dishes, glassware and silverware properly
• Maintain floor cleanliness through consistent mopping and sweeping
• Clean dish machine
• Empty and clean garbage cans
• Daily cleaning of all food and beverage areas as instructed
• Assist in receiving and storing items from delivery trucks
• Maintain rear receiving areas and trash areas in a clean and orderly fashion
